Payment & Finance Options
Mafete Medicals is contracted to medical aids, and our products are registered and quality assured. Here is how the claim and payment process works.
Medical Aid
Mafete Medicals is contracted to medical aids, and all our qualifying products are registered and quality assured by the schemes. To assist you correctly, a benefit enquiry must be completed before any claims are submitted to your medical aid.
Complete the enquiry fields on our quote form and, if you require us to submit the claim directly, upload the required supporting documents (ID copy, prescription, etc.). We will then assist in obtaining benefit information and/or funds from your medical scheme.

You may purchase any product directly via EFT or bank transfer. A formal quotation is issued on request, and products are supplied once full payment (including delivery) reflects.
Delivery fees cannot be claimed from a medical scheme and are payable by the client.
Request a QuotePlease take note of the following
- If a second quote is required for the claim, Mafete Medicals is not responsible for contacting any other company.
- Any other paperwork required by your medical scheme must be received via email or hand delivered to our offices.
- Mafete Medicals cannot guarantee authorisation or payment from your scheme.
- Without full payment (including delivery – which cannot be claimed from your medical scheme), we will not supply any products.
- Payment of the account ultimately remains your responsibility. We cannot be held accountable for non-payment from your medical scheme.
- If any funds are paid to the client for claims processed with Mafete Medicals, the client or main member has 7 working days from date of payment to pay the funds over to us. Failure to do so entitles us to reverse all claims with your medical scheme.
- The client is responsible for paying any outstanding amounts with their medical aid.
