Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the sale of products and services by MAFETE Medicals (Reg No: 2000/043379/23, PCN: 29110920).

Quotations & pricing

Prices shown on the website and price calculator are indicative estimates and are confirmed on a formal written quotation.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to stock availability.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Products are supplied once full payment (including delivery) reflects in our account, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For medical-aid claims, please refer to our Medical Aid & Finance page.

Delivery

Delivery fees are quoted separately and are payable by the client. Delivery cannot be claimed from a medical scheme.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and stock.

Warranties

Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty terms for the PUJJ97 range and other equipment are provided with each formal quotation.

Returns

Returns are handled in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
