Refunds & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts five (5) days. If five days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a return

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For the welfare of others, we regret that we cannot allow the following to be returned for hygiene purposes:

• Bathing products
• Commodes

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable period.
